The Bistrò of the Excelsior follows the rhythms of the Hotel and its guests. It is also a perfect meeting place for the world outside, at any time of day.

Breakfast every day from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Bistro open from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. service in the Orangerie and in the Lobby)

Patisserie:

In the laboratory of white arts, our pastry chefs compose small works of art. To choose from and enjoy at home.

Lunch Break:

For a fresh and quick break, the perfect location for any occasion: a work lunch, among friends or a delicious tasting.

Lounge & Cocktail Bar:

Our barman has turned his eggnog into an art form. From an aperitif to a late evening, let us recommend the tastiest cocktails to be enjoyed in the Orangerie.

In our Bistrò, good food aggregates and unites at all times of the day. Conceived in the style of a New York bakery, the Bistrò of the Excelsior follows the rhythms of the hotel and its guests, but is also open to anyone from the outside who wants to try its culinary delights: from breakfast to brunch, up to an aperitifs in the evening.

Each day starts with a sumptuous breakfast, with the scent of cakes, still warm, and freshly baked bread. Enveloping aromas, of things done as they once were.

In our own laboratory, the pastry chefs create the sweet delicacies of the morning, with the care and wisdom handed down from generation to generation, where the art of good awakening has become their passion.

Small works of art, meticulously composed, true symphonies of colours and flavours, to be tasted on site or to be bought and tried at home.

During the day, the Bistrò becomes a lounge bar, ideal for business meetings or for an informal lunch break, then it comes alive in the evening, when our bartenders prepare imaginative cocktails, accompanied by delicacies and appetizers, while the background music is the setting for evenings full of style.

Outside, next to the Bistrò, there is our Orangerie, a covered veranda during the winter that is uncovered during the summer, where you can have a quick snack or order a drink with friends, until late in the evening.
