Le Spiagge

In its splendid dining room with sea view, where blue hues prevail inside and out, Le Spiagge Restaurant offers gourmet cuisine, a synthesis of tradition and refinement in which typical Sicilian dishes and ingredients are interwoven in a refined balance of smells, colours and scents that excite at first taste.

The Full Board service is unique and special.
The best hors d'oeuvres, first courses, main courses and desserts are available on the buffet, a riot of dishes prepared with vegetables from the Catania plain, cheeses from Syracuse, fresh fish from the Aeolian Islands, tender meat from the Nebrodi, pistachios from Bronte and chocolate from Modica.

For the little ones, from the end of May, there is a baby corner with dedicated dishes, made with the same ingredients and the same passion but conceived and presented in a kid-friendly format.

Accompanying and enhancing this culinary experience are the beverages included: bottled still and sparkling water soft drinks from convenient dispensers (wine and beer for a fee).

The restaurant is open at the following times: from 7.30 am to 10 am for breakfast; from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm for lunch; from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm for dinner.
